Theode Masheedze is a distinguished finance and business executive with extensive experience in credit management, corporate finance, and executive administration. Since 2025, he has served as the Managing Director of Kuntem Traders, where he provides strategic leadership aimed at driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Mr. Masheedze has built an impressive career through progressive leadership roles within Kuntem Traders and other reputable organisations in Zimbabwe. His professional journey began as a Finance Intern at Collarhedge Microfinance and Success Microfinance Bank (2015–2016), followed by a role as Sales Personnel at Pepsi Zimbabwe (2017–2018). He later joined Kuntem Traders, serving as Loans Officer (2018–2019), Assistant Administration Officer (2019–2020), and Finance Manager (2020–2025), before assuming the position of Managing Director in 2025.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Corporate Finance and Investments Management (MCORPFIN) from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST).

With a strong foundation in finance, strategic management, and organisational leadership, Mr. Masheedze continues to champion innovation, sound corporate governance, and customer-focused solutions, positioning Kuntem Traders as a dynamic and trusted player in Zimbabwe’s financial and business landscape.
