Justice holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the Great Zimbabwe University. Justice is now 6 years in microfinance and he holds an Executive certificate in Microfinance and Entrepreneurship.
In addition to being highly motivated, and innovative, Justice holds an MSc in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance with the Midlands State University. He started off as a Loans’ Officer at KCI Microinance from 2017.
He later moved to First Money Financial Services were he was appointed Business Development Associate from 2018. He was appointed permanent post in February 2022. He has also been a big asset in the turnaround of Kuntem Traders, and will help with the growth of the organisation.
