Isabel holds an MBA from the National University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Africa University, in addition to several courses in treasury management and leadership. She also holds a Management Development Certificate from the Best Practice in conjuction with the University of Zimbabwe.

She has wide management experience having worked in the financial services sector for 10 years, starting off as a trainee banker at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe in 2001. Isabel joined FBC Bank in 2003 as a management trainee and was appointed treasury dealer at FBC Building Society in 2005. She was instrumental in the turnaround af FBC Building Society from loss making position to a profitable position. She rose through the ranks to senoir dealer until 2010. isable joined Alpha Asset Management in 2011 as fund manager where she later resigned to focus on Kuntem Traders MFI as the Executive Director to date.
